Added five Posters (gift from friend). Several days later I moved 4 to various parts of the kitchen including the refrigerator, my drinking water and one to the counter for fruit, etc.  I noticed apples lasted perfectly for a week (+) on the counter with a poster folded underneath.  Note:  I have seen apples last over a month sitting on the counter on a poster. 

Wednesday  Woke up early, showered and meditated first.  Meditation was excellent and deep and easy to come to..

Tuesday.  Went in for a Brain Map with James.  He said my Alpha was sky-high..  excellent for my writing, etc..  I had a big dinner burger and French fries (ugg), went to the drugstore for film and passed on sugar..  Usually, I can’t get by the sugar store after I overeat..  Had a bit of trouble sleeping and woke up early Wed.  Sudden major clarity on business activity and made some important decisions!

 Monday  Beginning to wonder if new wart below left ear is shrinking..

 Sunday  Good day.  Lots of energy

2^nd morning.  Woke up feeling good with a sense of dreaming but no specific recall.  Noticed later in day, a likely pre-cancerous irritated bump fell off below my throat.  Possible cancer area maybe clearing up?

Saturday night.  My date seemed to be very responsive to 10 Posters..  Drank a bit of champagne which did not seem to be a match for the Posters.

First morning.  Seemed to wake up with lots of very high frequency energy in my body.  Felt good and busy in my system, like something was going on..  high frequency!

I also woke up with vivid dreams on my first morning after sleeping on the Posters..  One of the many dreams.. up high on some sort of scaffolding for coaching work..  learning from fear, etc..  at the end of the dream, a woman too excited, accidentally jumped off the scaffolding without her safety harness and was splatted on the floor several stories down..  but it seemed to be no big deal.. another life, another day..

Returned from Yuma on Thursday and went to the Cory Herter presentation..

Bought 10 Posters at the seminar.  I have three stacks of 3 laid horizontally under my mattress with the 10^th on the other side of bed along with the two one-sided freebies..
